While Denial Management and professional and DME medical billing is Manchester SDL's primary focus, we also offer solutions for imaging, workflow, and office automation as well as custom software solutions in and out of the health care industry. History Manchester SDL was formed in 2003 to provide services associated with the new HIPAA regulations governing U. S. Health Care scheduled for implementation in October of that year. Seeing the convergence of HIPAA and the Internet, the founders assembled a team of computer programmers along with some of the most experienced medical billers in the state of Michigan to design the Web enabled, HIPAA compliant medical billing application. Future Goals It is Manchester SDL's goal to keep its clients on the leading edge of the Health Care Industry's use of modern technology.
